How do I get my tickets?

Your tickets are emailed to you as QR codes as soon as your order is confirmed — no app, no account required, no delivery fee.

I can't make it any more — what are my options?

You can resell your ticket through MNPR Tickets at face value. You'll get the face value back; the buyer pays a fresh booking fee, the same as anyone else buying a ticket for that show.

What fees will I actually pay?

Every fee is shown before you pay — the ticket price, our booking fee, and, for some larger venues, the Grassroots Levy. Nothing is added at the last screen.

What's the Grassroots Levy?

A real, external industry scheme run by the LIVE Trust, applied to tickets at larger venues. MNPR collects it and passes it on in full — we don't keep any of it.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

You're refunded automatically, including the booking fee. You don't need to request anything.

What happens if an event is postponed?

Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't make the new date, a refund is available.

How do I contact support?

Via our Contact page — pick "Support" if it's about an order or your account, or "General" for anything else.

Is it safe to buy a resale ticket from somewhere other than MNPR?

No. Tickets for MNPR-listed events are only ever valid if bought directly through MNPR — new or resold. If you see one for sale anywhere else — another resale site, social media, or in person — it is not a valid ticket and won't get you in. We can't guarantee or support a purchase made outside MNPR, and any ticket found listed elsewhere may be invalidated without a refund to whoever's holding it. The only way to be certain you're buying a genuine, working ticket is through MNPR directly.
