Terms & Conditions

Last updated 17 July 2026

These terms govern your use of MNPR Tickets and any tickets purchased through it. By buying a ticket or creating an account, you're agreeing to them.

This is a genuine first draft of our terms, written to reflect how the platform actually works — not a placeholder. It has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor, and shouldn't be relied on as final until it has been.

Buying tickets

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include the ticket face value, our booking fee, and — where it applies — the Grassroots Levy, all itemised before you pay
  • E-tickets are delivered by email as a QR code at no additional delivery charge
  • You're responsible for providing a correct email address at checkout — we can't resend a ticket to an address that doesn't exist

Resale and transfers

  • Tickets may be resold through MNPR Tickets at face value only — never above the original price paid for the ticket itself
  • The original buyer receives the face value back; the new buyer pays a fresh booking fee, the same as any other purchase
  • You can also gift a ticket to someone else for free, at any time before it's used — this is separate from resale, involves no payment, and isn't subject to the price rules above
  • Both resale and gifting close a short period before the event starts, and neither is available once a ticket has already been scanned for entry
  • Reselling a ticket outside MNPR Tickets, or at a price above face value, is against these terms and may result in the ticket being cancelled

Cancellations and refunds

  • If an event is cancelled, you'll receive a full refund automatically, including the booking fee — you don't need to request anything
  • If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date; a refund is available if you can't make the new date
  • Tickets are not refundable simply because you change your mind — resale at face value is the way to pass on a ticket you can no longer use

Age restrictions and ID requirements

  • Some events have age restrictions and/or require attendees to be accompanied by an adult, as set by the event organiser
  • Where this applies, it's shown on the event page, at checkout, on your ticket, and in your confirmation email
  • Valid photo ID may be required at the door. Event organisers and venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry without valid ID
  • Enforcement of age restrictions and ID checks at the venue is the responsibility of the event organiser and venue, not MNPR Tickets
  • No refund will be given, in whole or in part, on the grounds that you did not see, read, or understand an event's age restriction, accompanied-adult requirement, or ID requirements — this information is displayed clearly at every stage of the purchase journey described above, and it's your responsibility to check it before buying

The Grassroots Levy

Some events, at larger venues, include a Grassroots Levy — a fixed amount added to the ticket price. This is a real, external industry scheme run by the LIVE Trust, not something MNPR keeps. We collect it and pass it on in full.

Liability

MNPR Tickets acts as a ticketing platform on behalf of event organisers. We are not the organiser of the events listed, and organisers are responsible for the events themselves — including any changes, cancellations, or issues on the night.

Venue Information

Venue details such as accessibility, parking, and cloakroom facilities are provided for guidance only and may change without notice. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to confirm these details directly with the venue before attending. MNPR is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party venue information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
